The Solution

Comprehensive Monitoring and Secure AWS Migration

Romexsoft ensured that Healthera’s infrastructures, operations and workloads are fully covered with Monitoring Tools (CloudWatch, Zabbix, Kibana, Prometheus) that helped to significantly reduce the number of incidents during business and out of business hours. Romexsoft migrated Healthera’s production to AWS Elasticsearch and made sure that Alerting and Incident Management Tools (Elasticsearch, PagerDuty, Jira Service Desk) are working properly.

By applying Amazon CloudWatch and Elasticsearch Services Romexsoft was able to provide Healthera with the 24/7 monitoring of the app, alerting and SQL query, better resource utilization, and issues troubleshooting. Highly scalable and secure AWS services enable Romexsoft to get an overall picture of the app’s operational health and performance, decrease the SLA resolution time, and make sure that the application works seamlessly 24/7.

With the help of AWS 3S and AWS Lambda Services, Romexsoft resolved another challenge – secure storage of big volume of data and instant access to them.
